Bahan yang diperlukan Ogura pandan cake
- Dibutuhkan Bahan A :.
- Siapkan 5 btr kuning telur.
- Dibutuhkan 1 btr telur utuh.
- Siapkan 40 ml minyak.
- Dibutuhkan 80 ml santan instan.
- Dibutuhkan 1/2 sdt pasta vanila.
- Dibutuhkan 1/2 sdt pasta pandan.
- Siapkan 1 sdm air endapan pandan.
- Siapkan 85 gr tepung terigu protein sedang.

- Siapkan 5 btr putih telur.
- Siapkan 100 gr gula pasir.
- Siapkan 1 sdm air jeruk nipis.
- Dibutuhkan 1/4 sdt garam halus.

Cara Pembuatan Ogura pandan cake
- Whisk smua bahan A hingga tercampur rata sisihkan.
- Mixer Bahan B hingga soft peak sekitar 6-7 menitan.
- Campur smua bahan A dan B dengan menggunakan teknik aduk balik...sampai tercampur rata.
- Masukkan ke dlm loyang yang telah diberi kertas roti..masukkan adonan, hentak-hentakkan loyang lebelum masuk oven...
- Panggang selama 1,5 jam dengan suhu 150 derjat api atas bawah dengna teknik Au Bain Marie atau Water bath (loyang besar diisi air panas lalu letak loyang adonan).
