  8. Dibutuhkan 3 sdm Soyu.
  9. Dibutuhkan 2 sdm Madu.
  10. Dibutuhkan 2 sdm Mirin.
  11. Siapkan 1 sdm Air perasan lemon.
  12. Siapkan 1 sdt Minyak wijen.
  13. Dibutuhkan Bahan pelengkap:.
  14. Siapkan 1 sdm Wijen, sangrai.
  15. Dibutuhkan 1/2 batang Daun bawang, iris.

Heat up some oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Place the beef rolls into the pan in a single layer with seams facing down. Increase heat to high and cook until the mushrooms become. Brown beef rolls seam sides down until golden all over.

Langkah Pembuatan Gyuniku Roll (Enoki Beef Roll)

  1. Campur semua bahan saus. Aduk rata. Sisihkan..
  2. Keringkan daging menggunakan tisu dapur..
  3. Susun daging memanjang. Taruh enoki di ujungnya. Gulung. Lakukan hingga enoki habis..
  4. Panaskan minyak dalam wajan anti lengket. Panggang gyuniku roll hingga daging berubah warna. Bolak balik agar matang merata..
  5. Tuang saus. Masak hingga saus tersisa sedikit..
  6. Sajikan hangat dengan taburan wijen sangrai dan irisan daun bawang..
